After reversing his own obesity and poor health issues then set out to help others to optimize their health and wellness, currently recognized as a Global Transformational Coach and Mentor, who is the most trusted advisor helping men over 40 create even more success in their health and wellness.
As a Founding Member of the Les Brown Maximum Achievement Team, Tommy received his speaking, training, and coaching certification. Later receiving his Master's Coaching Certification from Ires Alliston’s Coaching For Masters Program and is an inaugural class graduate.
